For Ologie’s chili cookoff, my team gave life to “Sustainabowl,” an all-organic, handmade, sit-down dining experience. I created a custom “wallpaper” backdrop with old newspapers and a hand-painted tree. With a little handy-work, we pieced together a table from old shutters and a couple of sawhorses. Finally, I wood-burned our go-local manifesto onto a piece of plywood, placed proudly for all diners to see.   décor
